Waterproofing & Wet-Area Details
Great bathrooms require meticulous planning. We specify moisture-rated materials, design drainage gradients and surface junctions, align mechanical and lighting systems, and document each element so your GC can waterproof and install properly – helping avert issues that surface years afterward.

Our Luxury Bathroom Remodeling Process
Step 1
Discovery & Bath Planning
We explore how you use the space, study flow, measure existing conditions, and outline goals for your bathroom renovation in The Acreage.
Step 2
Scope & Contractor Proposals
We establish project parameters – spatial modifications, plumbing fixtures, tile work, mechanical systems – and engage our qualified The Acreage bathroom contractors to develop transparent, apples-to-apples bids.
Step 3
Layout, Elevations & Cabinetry
We produce scaled plans and elevations: vanity sizing, shower/tub details, niches, lighting layers, and cabinetry engineered around your routine.
Step 4
Materials & Studio Day
In our Jupiter studio, you’ll review tile, stone, plumbing fixtures, mirrors, hardware, lighting, and glass options with visuals. One structured revision round, then approvals.
Step 5
Procurement & Logistics
Palm Club Logistics orders, receives, inspects, and documents all approved materials, protecting quality and warranty before they reach your GC.
Step 6
Construction Phase Coordination
We stay involved throughout – coordinating with your GC, answering field questions, coordinating changes, and checking finishes against the bathroom you approved, flagging any gaps.

Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a general contractor?
No, we don't perform construction – we're the partner you engage first to help select the ideal contractor. Palm Club has established relationships with general contractors we've worked alongside on previous projects. We facilitate transparent competitive bidding, examine all proposals for completeness and pricing, and remain active as your design lead during construction.
Do you handle small bathroom remodels?
Absolutely, provided the project aligns with our approach. We excel at intelligent, compact designs that make modest bathrooms feel larger and more functional.
Can you remodel a primary bathroom?
Who handles waterproofing and installation?
Do you supply vanities?
