When you choose the Design & Construction Concierge path, we introduce you to our vetted network of licensed general contractors whose work we know first-hand. We originate or review apples-to-apples proposals, clarify scope and exclusions, benchmark pricing for fairness, and remain involved during construction to protect the approved design. For Design & Procurement Only projects, you contract directly with your chosen builder using our build-ready documentation and material packages.
Do you supply cabinetry?
Yes. All cabinetry is designed in-house by Palm Club and fabricated by trusted partners to our specifications. This allows us to control proportions, storage logic, finishes, and tolerances from the start.
