Frequently Asked Questions
Are you a general contractor?
No. Palm Club is not a licensed general contractor. We lead design and materials first so the project is structured correctly before construction begins. When you choose the Design & Construction Concierge path, we introduce you to our established contractor network – contractors we have worked alongside on previous projects. We originate or review apples-to-apples proposals, clarify scope and exclusions, compare pricing against what we see on similar projects, and remain involved during construction to protect the approved design. For Design & Procurement Only projects, you contract directly with your chosen builder using our build-ready documentation and material packages.
Do you supply cabinetry?
Yes. All cabinetry is designed in-house by Palm Club and fabricated by trusted partners to our specifications. This allows us to control proportions, storage logic, finishes, and tolerances from the start.
Can you help with appliances?
What if I only need a small kitchen remodel?
