Identifying the Right Property
With over a dozen renovations completed in Evergrene, Palm Club collaborated with the clients to identify a suitable property. The 2,700-square-foot, single-story home reflected the solid construction of many mid-2000s residences in Palm Beach Gardens but carried dated finishes: dark wood cabinetry and creamy yellow floor tiles. It was the perfect candidate for a complete remodel.
From Vision to Architectural Design
Working with one of our preferred general contractors, Palm Club confirmed that a whole-home renovation could be executed within budget while still achieving the high-end aesthetic our clients envisioned. Through careful architectural design and space planning, we uncovered the opportunity to reimagine the kitchen and living area, transforming the main living space into an open-plan environment ideal for family gatherings.
Custom Cabinetry & Finishes
Once the floor plan was set, Palm Club curated materials and finishes that aligned with the client’s style. A fully custom kitchen became the centerpiece of the remodel. Designed by Palm Club’s in-house custom cabinetry team and built by our artisanal fabricators, the kitchen combined stained white oak with premium painted finishes, delivering a one-of-a-kind feature that anchors the home and reflects the finest craftsmanship.

Like many of our clients, the homeowners spend much of their time outside Florida. Through Palm Club’s concierge-level renovation service, they enjoyed peace of mind knowing their project was managed seamlessly from start to finish even while they were away.
The Finished Home
The completed renovation reflects some of Palm Club Design Group’s signature: subtle tile and stonework layered with texture, accented by bold brass features.
