Juno Beach Full Interior Renovation With Custom Millwork
The Property
Positioned in the heart of one of the fastest-growing neighborhoods in Palm Beach County, this 4,900 square foot, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home was well-suited for a suite of interior and exterior upgrades.
Despite being in relatively good condition, the property lacked a sense of design cohesiveness. An assortment of out-of-scale furniture from previous homes, combined with a somewhat dated interior color palette, diluted the home’s potential.
The Mandate
Palm Club Design Group was instructed by the client to enhance the design quality of the home through a series of thoughtfully executed interior and exterior upgrades. With two younger children, the clients wanted to achieve a sense of luxury without compromising the day-to-day livability of the space. In addition, Palm Club had a fairly tight timeframe in which to execute the project.
The Plan
With the timeframe constraints in mind, Palm Club Design Group decided to leave much of the core structures and layout in place. Instead, focus on architectural finish upgrades that could be deployed efficiently while having an outsized impact on the look and feel of the residence.

Design Details
Custom wall panelling and millwork, textured wallpapers, tray ceiling details, new stone countertops in the kitchen, as well as a custom plastered hood formed the foundation of the remodel.
A whole home furniture and decor package, including custom drapery, decorative light fixtures and specialty artwork was tastefully chosen to complement the architectural upgrades. Palm Club decided to use muted color tones with bold brass accent details to achieve a sense of luxury and sophistication.
The Outcome
This home represents many of the stylistic features Palm Club Design Group has become known for. We pride ourselves on achieving a sense of livable, comfortable, luxury in all of our projects - this residence being a prime example.
