Luxury Kitchen Remodel in Evergrene With Stained Maple Island
Unfortunately it’s a tale that’s all too common in South Florida: unscrupulous contractors selling a service they’re in no position to deliver upon.
This was the situation that Palm Club Design Group was asked to salvage by an understandably frustrated couple living in Evergrene Audabon Sanctuary located in Palm Beach Gardens.
Background
Having taken a hefty deposit from our clients, the unscrupulous vendor proceeded to demolish their pre-existing kitchen without a clear path forward nor the ability to actually deliver them a new kitchen - let alone design something that would meet the expectations of our discerning customers.
Working swiftly, Palm Club Design Group was able to quickly onboard some of our trusted contractors to assist in finalizing demolition and rough-in in preparation to receive custom cabinetry designed by Palm Club’s inhouse custom cabinetry team.
The Design
Having reviewed inspiration photos and preliminary concepts shared by the client, we determined that using inset custom cabinetry from one of Palm Club’s premium custom cabinetry fabricators was best suited for the project.
By combining a subtle ivory cream color scheme on the perimeter, and a rich stained maple finish on the island we were able to craft a kitchen that is both sophisticated and timeless.
Our favorite features of this kitchen are the oversized appliance hutches with integrated stone tops installed at the base of the uppers. This increases effective work surface area while being able to hide any clutter that would otherwise detract from the kitchens overall appearance.
