The Mandate
Palm Club Design Group was tasked with executing a whole home renovation on this property to unlock its intrinsic value. This type of project is where Palm Club Design Group can bring its full set of expertise to bear. Palm Club undertook an in depth discovery process with our clients and determined that a combination of architectural and structural changes would be needed to truly enhance the potential of the home.
We set about working with architects, general contractors and a variety of sub trades to start crafting the renovation plan for the residence.
The Plan
Palm Club Design Group determined that by relocating the kitchen we would be able to enhance the indoor / outdoor flow of the home. In addition to making use of what was previously underutilized living room space, we also unlocked the opportunity to install a brand new butler’s kitchen in the home - a much sought after upgrade present in modern luxury properties.
In Palm Club’s view, the original master bathroom layout could be significantly improved by relocating the water closet and utilizing the newly opened space to install a stunning double shower area.
On top of this creative utilization of floorplan space, a set of materials, finishes and textures (that has become the hallmark of Palm Club Design Group’s aesthetic) would be implemented throughout the home. A whole home furnishing and decor package would be ordered and installed by Palm Club to complete the whole home transformation.

Design Details
The custom kitchen cabinetry, designed by Palm Club Design Group and fabricated by our Canadian millwork partners forms the centerpiece of this renovation. The stained oak island and perimeter bases provide the perfect basis to highlight the stunning Taj Mahal countertops and backsplash.
The bold metal accents in the bathrooms are underpinned by a combination of subtle, high quality tile selections. Custom cabinetry was installed in key areas throughout the home to further enhance the sense of modern luxury.
A combination of custom furnishings, custom window treatments, design accents and tasteful artwork were chosen to enhance the design aesthetic.
