Old Palm Nursery With Blue Palette and Marble Details
The majority of Palm Club Design Club projects involve large-scale renovations and remodels of homes in Palm Beach and surrounds.
However, on this occasion we were issued a design challenge that was simply too intriguing to pass over.
The Brief
Our clients, living in the illustrious Old Palm Golf Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida were expecting the arrival of their new baby.
Identifying that their residence was lacking a formal nursery space to house the new arrival, Palm Club Design Group was asked to design and remodel one of their bedrooms into a luxurious yet practical nursery.
The Project
With a deadline that could not be altered, Palm Club Design Group set about rapidly designing a nursery that would meet the expectations of our exacting clients. With a clear preference for blue color tones being shared by our clients, Palm Club set about crafting a design that would satisfy the color pallet without becoming tacky.
Working swiftly with one of our vetted general contractors, we were able to pull off the nursery remodel with time to spare. White oak flooring and antiqued mirrors framed by subtle millwork details form the neutral canvas upon which tasteful shades of blue are displayed. Marble tile selections with lighter blue accents were installed to carry them through seamlessly into the bathroom. The stunning oversized chandelier forms the centerpiece of the room. Finally, a carefully curated selection of furniture, decor and custom murals complete the elevated tone of the room.
